Job Duties:

This position will report to the director of rehab and wellness, and have accountability for the financial, operational, customer service and marketing/public relations functions of the operations. There will be a staff of about 20-30 employees to oversee.

Requirements:

Advanced degree in business and/or exercise sciences with relevant experience in hospital-based rehabilitation and/or wellness operations. Customer focused. A self-starter with an interest in the fitnesswellness/healthcare industry and a strong commitment to the Cape Girardeau community. Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
